PRICING
All prices shown are list prices and are subject to change without notice. Prices are FOB Seattle, WA and do not include freight.

MINIMUM ORDER
$50.00

BROKEN CARTON CHARGE
$5.00 net, per product number.

TERMS
All invoices are subject to a cash discount of 1% if paid within ten days from the date of invoice. Discounts will not be allowed beyond the discount date. No cash discount is allowed on sales tax or freight charges. All invoices are due within thirty days of shipment. There will be a finance charge of 1.5% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%, on all invoices not paid within 30 days. Also, any invoice not paid within 30 days can result in a credit hold, which will stop shipments and/or scheduling of orders.

RETURN MERCHANDISE
No products or material may be returned to the factory for credit without a return authorization number. We will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.

SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

CHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS
All change orders or cancellations will be at the discretion of READ Products, Inc. Charges for changes will be in accordance with work already processed before change is requested.

LIFETIME GURANTEE

READ Products, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage, misuse or neglect, nor does it cover any expense involved in removing, shipping, and reinstalling any items or products. Products with corner or edge damage caused by dropping or any impact are not covered by any warranty. Heavy chopping, with a cleaver or knife, will damage all products and is not covered by any warranty. Some warping will occur with any flat surface and is not covered by any warranty.

NATURAL WOODFIBER LAMINATE COLOR

READ’S Natural Woodfiber Laminate products are made from natural wood fiber and undyed heat set resins. The color cannot be changed and may vary from lot to lot. READ Natural Cutting Boards will darken with age. Slate colored products are not affected.

TOLERANCES

For all products: Thickness – plus or minus 10%, Dimensions – plus or minus .130 inch

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Orders for made-to-order products should have a drawing faxed or e-mailed to us.

READ Products reserves the right to change design and/or specifications as conditions require and as improvements are developed.
